Susy Baum, well known at St. Peter’s for her expressions with flowers for worship, will share a presentation with Women on the Hill on Monday, April 8^th  at 7:00 pm in the Parish Hall of the Historic Church.  As a college student, Susy studied different mediums in studio art and later completed a two-year certification in floral design at Longwood Gardens.  From this she found her medium of artistic expression is flowers.  In addition to her involvement for many years with St. Peter’s flower guild, she has competed annually for 24 years in the Philadelphia Flowers Show.

Susy will present slides of her entries in the Artistic Design Gallery of the flower show, including her two recent entries, and will present a few floral interpretations of three well known museums in DC.  She enjoys telling stories with flowers.
